Hiring Process

Once you have submitted your current CV, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your submission; be sure to check your "spam or junk" mail folders for this confirmation.  Please know that some job opportunities with PIH Health Physicians receive a high volume of applicants so the recruitment process may take some time.  Applicants who have best met all of the minimum requirements of a position will be contacted for a pre-screening phone interview with a recruiter.

If selected, you will receive a phone call from a recruiter.  Please treat this as your first interview.  If you are not selected for a position, you will be notified via e-mail.  We encourage you to continue searching and apply for open positions that you meet the minimum qualifications for.

After a pre-screening phone call with a recruiter, you may be contacted for a follow-up, in-person interview.  If chosen for an interview, the recruiter will contact you in regarding to your availability.

After completion of a telephone interview and if identified as a candidate to fill the position, PIH Health will conduct professional reference checks.  Upon satisfactory reference results, a recruiter will extend the offer the opportunity of a in person interview. 

If you are choosen you will be contacted again by the recruiter to start your contracintg and credentaling process. The job offer will be contingent upon clearances on a background check, drug screening, and any other pre-employment processing.
